The Western League was formed in 1892 as the Bristol & District League, and became the Western League in 1895. It is still in existance today. Chelsea only entered this league once, finishing 6th of the 6 teams involved. Considered by some as a first-team competition, for records purposes, this site currently treats it as a non-first-team competition.
