Died from his wounds suffered during World War One. Chelsea's most decorated player with the Military Medal and Distinguished Conduct Medal. Kennedy emigrated in 1914 and was a sergeant-major in the 42nd Canadian Highlanders and died during the capture of Passchendæle.
